Learn how to make and play with a Takyan! Akin to a hackeysack, Takyan (or Sipa) is a traditional game in the Philippines were players must continuously hit the Takyan with their feet without letting the Takyan fall to the ground.
The materials to make Takyans will be provided, so come and learn how to make your own Takyan! We’ll also be making tons of Takyans to use at our Filipino Fiesta booth where we’ll be running a Takyan activity.
