The Hawaii Kai Jaycees (HKJC) is a 501 (c)(4) Not-For-Profit Organization founded in 1994 and a chapter of Junior Chamber International (JCI), a global leadership development organization for young adults. JCI started as an initiative in the United States, formerly known as the US Junior Chamber of Commerce. Today, we are structured from the international organization JCI, to the national level, known as JCI USA in the US which encompasses all states that have a local chapter, to the state level, JCI Hawaii which currently encompasses seven local chapters which include the Hawaii Kai Jaycees a.k.a JCI Hawaii Kai.
