🍸 FJCH Unang Pau Hana

Join us for Unang Pau Hana (First Pau Hana), an evening organized by the Filipino Jaycees of Honolulu in collaboration with Farrington High School and the Foreign Cultural Exchange Consultants (FCEC). Unang Pau Hana is a special occasion where we will be hosting 60 teachers who are flying in from the Philippines earlier in the week. They’ll be busy with paperwork and meetings on Monday and Tuesday, so we’d like to show them a relaxing time on Wednesday night, local style.

There will be free food and the first round of drinks will be on the house, courtesy of the venue owners Novie and William Flores. There will be fun games and prizes designed to promote interaction and networking among attendees. Furthermore, you can enjoy live music performances throughout the evening – please let us know if you’d be interested in performing!

This event is free to attend!

And although not required, we would like to ask our attendees to bring one school supply item to the event – in support of Compassion to Action, we would like to contribute to the School Supply Drive for Nānākuli Elementary School! Let’s help equip the 2023-2024 class with the essential resources for success!

Needed supplies: Pencils, colored pencils, glue stick, liquid glue, scissors, crayon, dry erase markers, highlighters, binders, folders, composition books, folder paper, portfolios, facial tissues, hand sanitizer, paper towels, backpack (no wheels), pencil box/bag, plastic zip bags.
