Honolulu Chinese Jaycees

The Honolulu Chinese Jaycees (or HCJ) is a premier, young persons, civic organization that grows and develops its members through project management opportunities, community service, skill and leadership development, cultural enrichment, and social activities. In other words, we know how to work hard and play hard. Established in 1953, HCJ is comprised of young professionals between the ages of 18 and 40 and has played a key role in fostering Hawai‘i’s young leaders while coordinating and participating in community events, such as Night In Chinatown, Dragon Boat Festival, Adopt-A-School Day, Miss Chinatown Pageant, the Healthy Baby Contest, and many others.
